Ultimately the singer reserves the right to reject a song request due to various reasons such as:
• Song message/lyrics conflicting with the singer’s values/beliefs
• The singer feels they are unable to deliver the song to an acceptable performance standard etc.
Yes, if the 90-minutes of performance on stage is completed within a 2-hour window.
Usual Timings:
Set 1: 8pm-8.45pm; Break: 30 minutes
Set 2: 9.15pm-10pm Band is released at 10pm
Customised Timings:
Set 1: 8pm-8.30pm; Break: 15 minutes
Set 2: 8.45pm-9.15pm Break: 15 minutes
Set 3: 9.30pm-10pm Band is released at 10pm
Our musicians give their all be it a 30-minute or 45-minute set and thus treasure their break time to recharge physically and emotionally. We hope to avoid a situation whereby the band set is interrupted by a game/lucky draw/ speech with 2 songs left to go and have to wait 20 minutes or more just to play the remaining 8 minutes.
On-site or off-site rehearsals and meetings are chargeable and subject to the availability of all parties involved.
This is usually something that can be done as long as it is properly managed. There are a few ground rules before proceeding:
- The client/couple needs to give explicit approval for guests wanting to sing.
- The guest has to be visibly in control of his/her behaviour i.e. the guest should not be drunk.
- The guest has to respect the personal space/boundaries of all performers on stage i.e. no physical contact (e.g. hugging, hand-on-shoulder etc.)

At this quantum of approximately $3K, the terms would usually look like this: – If you cancel within 24 hours (without intention to postpone), we would charge 75% of the invoice amount (we would have already collected 50% of the invoice amount as a deposit)
– If you need to postpone the event and informed us 1 week (or less) before the event date, we would charge 25% of the invoice amount as a re-booking fee; then deliver the service at a later set date assuming we’re all available.
